Big Wave Party Rentals Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Big Wave Party Rentals LLC. By reserving or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your responsibilities and our policies related to safety, payment, cancellations, and use of our rental equipment.
 

1. Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Big Wave Party Rentals LLC, you (the “Customer”) agree to rent the listed equipment under the terms outlined here. A signed contract or payment confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
 

2. Safety and Supervision

Safety is our top priority. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all rental equipment is supervised by a competent adult at all times. Big Wave Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for any injuries that occur due to misuse or lack of supervision. Customers agree to follow all safety guidelines provided upon delivery.
 

3. Delivery and Setup

We offer free delivery and professional setup within our service area. Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, pet waste, and obstacles before our arrival. If setup is delayed due to site conditions, additional fees may apply.
 

4. Weather Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a rental in the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, lightning). If cancellation is necessary, we will offer a full rain check good for 12 months. Once equipment is set up, no refunds will be issued due to weather.
 

5. Payment and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due prior to or upon delivery. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your event may be eligible for a credit. No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
 

6. Equipment Care

You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your care. Please do not allow food, drinks, sharp objects, confetti, or silly string near or on the inflatables. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
 

7. Permits and Approvals

If your event is in a public space, it is your responsibility to secure any required permits or permissions. For events in Pennsylvania, only units listed in the PA Approved category may be used in accordance with state guidelines.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Big Wave Party Rentals LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our rental equipment. The Customer assumes all risk and responsibility once equipment is delivered and set up.
 

9. Use of Website

All content on www.BigWavePartyRentals.com is the property of Big Wave Party Rentals LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission. By using this site, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or interfere with our services.
