What to Know Before Renting a Bounce House in Newark, DE

What's the difference between a bounce house and a combo?
A classic unit is all about bouncing. A combo packs more into one inflatable and may add a slide, climbing elements, basketball hoops, obstacles, dual lanes, or water, depending on the model.
How much space do I need?
Each design's setup area is posted under “More Info” on its page, and measuring is up to you. These units are bigger than they look, and we'd hate to arrive on party day and not fit. Not sure? Call with your space and we'll help you look at options.
Can a bounce house go indoors, and can adults jump?
Possibly, indoors. We can set up on a gym or similar floor if there is enough floor space, ceiling height, clearance, and power. Call with your venue dimensions first. Participant requirements vary by design, so check the listing or call us if adults will be jumping.
What's included, and what does it cost?
Prices run from $225 to $345 and cover an all-day rental (up to 8 hours) with delivery, setup, and pickup. Tax is extra (Delaware rental tax is 1.9914%, plus any applicable Maryland or Pennsylvania tax), every order needs a $100 deposit, and a minimum order may apply. Enter your exact start and end times, and we'll text a delivery window a day or two before.
What about power, surfaces, and weather?
The blower must stay plugged in, so we need an outlet within 100 feet or a generator (we supply the cords). Grass is best; asphalt, concrete, and gym floors work too, but not rocks, gravel, mulch, or sand. We can't set up when the forecast shows a 30% chance of rain or more, or winds over 15 MPH. You can reschedule or swap items, and your deposit stays usable.
How far ahead should I book?
Once you know your date, reserve early, especially for weekends, holidays, and school events. Availability varies by design and date, so the quickest way to know is to check your date.
Do you deliver near me, and do you cover Pennsylvania?
We serve Newark, Middletown, Wilmington, Elkton, Landenberg, and surrounding communities, and farther out for an added fee. Allow at least 6 ft of access to the setup area. Pennsylvania is covered, since all six designs are PA approved, and we deliver to the University of Delaware only for University-sponsored events.
